Returns & Warranty Claims
Would you like to return a product or make a warranty claim? Please read the information below carefully to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.
Returning Products
You have 14 days of return rights (cooling-off period) with us. If you wish to return an item, always include the fully completed return form with your shipment. You can download here.
Important return conditions
- The cost of returning the item is at your expense, unless the error is on TRALERT®'s part.
- Return shipments are at the sender's risk. TRALERT® is not liable for damage or loss during transport. Therefore, always request a tracking code and keep it safe.
- Unfranked or insufficiently franked return shipments will not be accepted.
- We recommend insuring the package.
Processing
Upon receipt of your return, we will send a confirmation by email within 2 business days. In the case of a return (no warranty claim), the purchase amount will be credited within 5 business days.
Warranty claim
If you have a defective item and believe you are entitled to a warranty, please clearly state this on the return form and describe the problem as thoroughly as possible. Your claim will be processed within 2 business days of receipt.
